Wood Fired Pizza
After learning to bake in an old brick oven in northern Germany, I decided to build an oven of my own. For a couple years I continued to bake, and finally came up with a plan to build a wood-fired oven on wheels. After months of planning and building the oven was finished.
The finished oven turned into a business called Oh My Pizza Pie and can now be found traveling throughout Texas to events of all kinds. We bake and sell pizza anywhere that our oven is welcome, from festivals to fairs to special events. We can also be found at German heritage events throughout Texas selling Flammkuchen, a traditional German food similar to pizza.
